Our innovative Call Return service utilises the latest cutting edge technology and provides you with a method of contacting your customers/colleagues directly from within your voice messaging service without the need to remember the caller's number or to make a new phone call. This feature allows you to efficiently manage the time you spend in your voice mailbox and to respond immediately to any time sensitive messages. Note: this service is currently only available in the UK.



How Does It Work?

Call Return provides your voice messaging service with the added functionality of replying to enquiries without having to write down or remember telephone numbers. Once you have listened to the message in the usual manner, you can simply press the '0' key to provide you with options for calling the number back. Once you have finished your call you will be taken back to the normal list of options available to you when you listen to a message within your voice messaging service.

What could be simpler than pressing one telephone key from within your voice mailbox and making a call directly to the person that left you that message? No more rummaging for a pen and paper! No more replaying the message over and over because the caller didn't leave their number clearly!

How Much Does It Cost?

Subscription to this new service is available to you for the amazing price of only £3.00 per month. At an average cost of less than 10p a day for this invaluable service, can you afford not to? Please note that a pre-payment* will be required to allow for calls to be made from within your voice messaging service.
* Minimum pre-payment £5.00, calls charged at 3.5ppm UK landline, 17.5ppm UK mobile.
